When I'm in park, there's no ticking noise.

As soon as I put it into D, there's a ticking noise on the passenger sides. Even if it's in D with the brake fully compressed, it still makes that noise.

Any idea? 81,000 miles.

Try reading this one... the OP said he's VTEC rockers are bad.

I figured out the ticking noise, it's a loose heatshield underneath the driveshaft.

 

Tyler I kicked mine when I had it up on the lift and it stopped........it was like my duct tape lol
