Your going to have provide a lot more detail on the noise to get any help from our group of internet mechanics.

Type of noise?
Inside cabin our outside?
At idle? When the car is moving? certain speeds? over bumps?

Bad CV joint?

Turn the wheel all the way to the right and look at the flexable rubber boot that covers it.

Inspect it for splits/tears, it is possible that dirt or debris has contaminated the lube and the joint is bad.

Could be a bad CV joint or hub bearing. Inspect it per Mr Marco's post.
