Noise

I'm having some trouble troubleshooting a loud noise coming from my 2nd gen tsx. Here's what I've got. Any suggestions?

I feel like it's coming from something other than wind. You can hear it well at 20-80 mph but is loudest at certain speeds (maybe 60 mph).
I really thought it was the tires. Got new tires.
I read some about plugs underneath the car near the rear tires. I think those are still in.
For some reason when I turn the wheel to the right at speed, the sound subsides.
The sound is very loud. It's not a whistle. More of a hum. Sortof a buzz. quite loud. Not sure how best to describe it.
Sounds like it's coming from the right rear tire but really hard to tell
Have read some about wheel bearings- it sound like that?
