Door Locks

I've been having an issue with the drivers side door locks (front and back). My mechanic said it might be the actuators. So I purchased them. However, that didn't correct the problem. Now he is saying it could be the master switch. I have an appointment with the dealer for next week. I just wanted to reach out to see if anyone else has seen this. I have owned this car for several years. But I am new to the area and don't have a feel for any of the dealers. I don't want to get screwed.

I just saw this thread, I have the same problem. I think I found the fix. It’s your multiplex unit or also called MICU. These is the relay to the door lock actuators. It tells them when to lock and unlock, so even if you have good actuators it won’t work if this bad. Now there is no replacing the MICU. It’s integrated with the fuse box under the drivers foot well. If you want the part it’s called main fuse box assembly on the Acura OEM website. It’s 300 dollars I’d suggest you find a use one.
