My passenger side door lock is not locking (going up and down) unless I manually pull it. All the others are working fine. The key moves it fine, but the drivers side control doesn't move it, nor does the FOB. Any one else ever have that problem and have any recommendations?

 

Sounds like a faulty actuator. On my 05 RL I currently have the dreaded phantom door locks, where the door locks randomly while you are driving. A nuisance more than anything, I'm waiting for my next scheduled maintenance to have it fixed. Dealer said it takes about a half an hour in labor to take off the door panels and replace the master actuator on the drivers door. Yours sounds like a problem within the passenger side door although.

 

What should a new one cost and where is a good parts store that ships that would have one in stock?
