Center Console Trim "Un-Snapped"

Looking to document issues for current/future owners.

Just noticed yesterday that 2 center console trim pieces have shifted and un-snapped around the shifter and cup holder sliding door. You can see the 2 pieces that have moved and their direction in the photo I've attached below.

I've tried to push the pieces back into place, but the plastic tabs don't seem to hold.

Taking it to the dealership next week, hopefully they can fix it. I'll upload a real photograph later.

clips hold these in place.
you might have to take them off in order to snap them back in place.

if you want to attempt, here are some tips.
Use a butter knife with a cloth wrapped around the blade.
start from the arm rest end and work your way up to the radio stack.

This piece just doesn't look like it fits hardly at all.

This piece keeps popping up, and the plastic snap tabs won't hold it down for some reason.

Only 1100 miles, hope the rest of the car won't start coming undone!

I'm not too worried our 2 other Acura's are held up well.

That's pretty odd, did anyone hit the console with a knee. I just took my apart few days ago to run some wires but it snapped back together perfectly and nothing is popping up.

No I've not had the car long enough and someone has only been in the front seat a few times. I did look at some pictures I took of the interior from the first couple days I had the car and I noticed that the long trim piece along the sliding door was misaligned in the photo so I'm guessing it's been like that the whole time and I just over looked it the last few weeks. (Only had the car since the beginning of Sept.)

Acura has the car, should hear from them today on what the fix plan is. They gave me a 2012 TL SH-AWD Tech in Metallic Forged Silver or whatever it's called...this color is blahhhhh and looks like Buick baby blue in the right light.

All fixed! Had to re-align the connector tabs in the center console under the gearshift. Also had to replace the trim piece running along the side of the cup holder.
