Great job Brian...see, I wouldn't piss you off on purpose and spoil it. So, uh hummm...was I right or was I right about the guys at Acura?!?! Most of the young guys there are cool and are also into cars. I'm sure they enjoyed the work.

PS...you coming out to the meet we got going this Saturday morning?! At Vista View Park?!? I think Eric and Andre probably will be there.

Hmm...1, Brian is a MUCH bigger perfectionist than me. 2, after my attempt at doing the center console garnish, i have major doubts about my vinyling skills!

I'd gladly give him a hand though!

I don't want to be a poser, but then again the '12 AWD comes with my same tips, so I will honestly research it and check the price on it.

No passengers in the back but I jacked the front way up and the back tires tuck under the quarter panels when it is jacked up. The roll cleared about alot more room then I expected.

I thought I was, glad i don't. Might just keep the chrome trims, if anything I will buy an extra set of chrome trims and play around with them. don't want to go over tacky. I plan to paint the rear trim the same color as the wheels.

No sir, I have some of the "brushed aluminum" which looks like crap, and a little carbon fiber left, which I wasted trying to do the tail light bezel.

About the headlights, YOU never know! I've said no way Jose to so much stuff...then revisited!

was there any paint cracking at the edge of the quarter when they rolled them? i too am worried about putting vossens on my 12tech, but i like ur rear offset, cause they dont poke out obnoxiously.

i just dont wanna have to paint my quarters due to paint cracking from rolling them. ive seen a buddies car where the paint cracked badly from rolling.

and u said with this drop and fitment ur still within camber specs with no camber kits?

Hey Delta, he does have camber kits, I believe...and trust me, Brian would not have had the fenders rolled if it was going to affect the paint at all. If you roll properly (see the torch and heat gun in his pic) the heat gets the paint soft and pliable so you don't crack it.

Brian, your 4G looks amazing! Always loved your Accord and how tastefully done it was...

... I'm seriously impressed by the outcome w/ your grill--all the work you mentioned putting into it, was well worth it. Acura should seriously take a page from your playbook in design or simply hire you on as an aesthetic consultant.

Great drop on the drop, fitment, Vossen selection, going w/ 10.5" in the back, and basically everything! Looking fwd to your future updates, even as small/light as they might be.

Cheers!

No paint cracked, just the very end of the quarer panel where it meets the bumper tampers in a little, but no cracked paint, I would FREAK!

Everything is within spec, I have front and rear camber kits, toe and caster as well for the rear.

I was in a different neighborhood yesterday because I am looking for houses and this younger guy was washing his car, and he saw my car coming and he started staring, then I see him starting as I am driving away and past him, staring until I was completely out of sight LOL staring as if he just saw Sofia Vergara, made me feel so good.

^^^Using that logic you'd still be rocking the stock grill!

You shall revisit, you put too much money into it to NOT give it another whirl! Or do it and sell it.

About the rear grill...it'll look great. Buy enough for when i convince you to spray your chrome trim that color. Save you a trip.

Might take the EDFC from you if I ended up getting a 4G TL this month. Huge transformation with the new wheels Brian. I remembered last year getting new wheels was not on your plans.

I usually eat my words, this whole car was supposed to be stock with the exception of the grille, which is what I never really liked and never considered OEM in the first place because it was ugly and out of place, which isn't really an "OEM move" on Acura. So it started by me painting it, then I saw a few rides on here lowered, then I saw the wheels. The grille modificaton on only came from the '12 releasing that new front end. Maybe a few minor changes in the future but I am happy with my car as is. A certain amount of features need to stay on the car, so that it is truly still the same car, when too many things are changed, IMO, the car loses its integrity.

At any rate, the EDFC is sold, so sorry =) I might update later with a few accent changes, like the rear trim, but that's about it folks, don't make me eat my words!
