I have been hard at it all freaking day long, but it is coming along, I have the final parts coming tomorrow morning, so I will be able to finish it up. I got one wrong part in, so they had to re-order plus I forgot to order the turn signals and fogs.

Lip was super easy to put on, I had to respray the top trim piece to make it match.

Brian, I expected better work from you, seriously. I can clearly tell that Chrysler 300 doesnt belong on the front of the TL. The color doesnt even match.

^^^ That is the funniest Avatar I've seen! Seeing yours makes me want to put my pic and have the title say "I'M SOFT" LMAO

Nexson...I am so envious of your skill set! You will have an amazing looking TL and can't wait to see the final pictures. From what I see so far, you, my friend will have one of the best looking 4th gen TL....Always great when you can combine the best frontal with the best rear! I am very envious as I wish I had a nicer a$$ (my TL that is)

The remaining parts, I learned today that the turn signal socket is different so I temp. rigged it on until I can splice the new pigtails/socket onto the existing harness. I also took the opportunity to replace my fender liner as it was tore up a bit. $35 for a fender liner is a steal.

thanks guys! I gotta save up a little for a wheel change, but need to recoup a little after this investment.

I will have a parts list in a separate thread, as well as here. I am still combining receipts and picking out which parts I actually needed. I also have the pigtails coming tomorrow which will be a part of the official list.

You should clear the front headlights man! Getting rid of that amber turn signal would make the front really clean!

Brian is VERY anti messing with the headlights. Since he's a methodical guy, he doesn't want to wrap his head around doing something that's not intended to be done. IE, headlight in oven and prying open.

Matt...did you convince this poor guy to get new rims?!?! Did I miss something?!?! The VOSSEN curse, huh...nobody keeps theirs longer than 6 months! I still think they look incredible.

I gotta agree. I loved the before, I only like the after

I'm a much bigger fan of the entire style of the pre-MMC, plus the changes you did made it one of a kind.

Obviously the car still looks dope though! Great work!

for for the '12 conversion, it fits the times much better. the chrome accents paired with the design of the fogs is much more elegant then the 09-11 design. For me, personally I do like both front ends, but the looking at the '12 in person, on the car, makes the car look cleaner in the front.

sweet!! you are right, it looks elegant but for some reason i like the 09-11 a bit better, to me it looks more aggressive. Anyways, you car still looks amazing and clean

Any other plans for the car?

Your car looks simply outstanding and excellent work as always,i am probably in the minority but i like your previous version a little more than the new setup.

New setup = refinement

Previous version = aggresive

Either way,the car looks great.

You blew your Teins!?!?!?
That's crazy to me.

You're low, but not THAT low and I know you don't drive like a maniac since you're setting an example for America's future.

About the 2012...I think that's a fair assessment...more elegant, and 9-11 more sporty. I personally loved your old setup.

AND, time for an avatar change.

I agree with all you guys. I sort of got a bad habit of only wanting OEM parts on the car besides the wheels and the drop. So even though my grille looked OEM, it wasn't originally what Acura put out, with that said the '12 caught my eye because it has nice chrome accents and was refined nicely. I like both fronts no doubt, so I agree with everyone.

As for the headlight I will be keeping them OEM, as jeremy stated haha, not touching those!

As for the shock, it's not blown, but it is leaking bad, I hit a bad pot hole this past Monday on the way to the marlins game. I think I blew the seal because it is leaking pretty bad. Gona replace it tomorrow with a new one and try to sell the rest of the kit cheap.
