So can you install the ss coils and then add edfc later without having to disassemble and reassemble everything? Looking forward to pics!

Actually, its best to install the coilovers, then install the EDFC. I will be installing the EDFC shortly, you don't have to take it all apart.

Custom wheel adapters are ordered. They need to be machined. I ordered 20mm in the front and 25mm in the rear.

Thing is going to look amazing, nicely done, man. What I wouldn't give for a 2 car garage.

And ps..nice job color matching your living room carpet to the car!

hahaha, about the living room carpet, Matt says the same exact thing!

Teaser for now, the front needs to go down a little bit more. Will hold off for now.

You have adjustability...you will lower it more front and back...I BET YOU. Especially since we have nice smooth roads in Florida.

I have a finger gap all around. Shadow makes it look like it is tucking, but I love being low

I ordered 20mm for the front and 25mm for the rear, going to take a couple weeks. I might need to slightly raise the car a bit, not sure yet.

I agreed with potmilkz, the front is too low and you will be scrapping the front almost everywhere you go, other than that you have made a huge improvement to the car.

As I said, I have a finger gap. I have been way lower in other cars and ride just fine. I am in South Florida where the rides are all flat. Plus the fact that the front of the TL bows up.

no biggie. just my opinion, but if you like it, then its all good!

i have finger gap, i guess yours is shadowing...

let me ask you, since its 20 and 25mm, they seem to be pretty thick. are you going to put extended studs because i dont believe you will have much of a contact point between your lugs and your threads on the studs.

unless your getting adapters.. thats a different story.

from what i have read, anything over 15mm for spacers, you will need extended studs.

Yea of course, wheel adapters. I wouldn't even do 5mm wheel spacers.

so your going to trim off some of the wheel studs in the front since its 20mm.. your going to have a little sticking out..

rears are ok for 25mm because it will cover.

I havent checked our wheels but I believe they have the open spaces next to the holes, just like my accord. I will cross that bridge when i get to it.

I didn't have to cut my studs, 20mm barely cleared. There were little coves for the extra 5mm of studs to fit. Just made it...

Here are the pictures from the spacer install. The spacers had to be custom made since no other company sells them for our cars. It took about two weeks to get them in. I got 20mm in the front and 25mm in the rear. "Motorsport Technology" did a great job at making these but should really pack them better. The spacers were intact though.

My car is now complete. I can honestly say that I did this car proper just like my Accord. I have a fully adjustable front (ball joint) and rear (3 piece arms) camber kit/toe/control. I am lowered to a nice height and my whole car is completely in OEM alignment spec. I will never have to worry about prematurely ruining my tires. the car runes so smooth, esp. now with the wider stance. You would never know the car is aligned. I did purchase the EDFC, but do not plan to install. It is stil BNIB

Here are pictures from the spacer install. I might lower the front a bit.

Lookin' good! I like it

Umm, you needed to drive up on those 2x4's so you could slide your jack under the car?

Yea, they help out, otherwise I can't really get the jack in lol. All jacks are different, some higher then others. My car is not really slammed.

How much were the spacers if you don't mind me asking? Also, any noticeable negative differences in the ride or handling since installing the spacers?
