Will a 2010 or 2011 TL radio fit in a 2009 TL

Curious as to whether or not a 2010 or 2011 TL w/ Tech radio will work in a 2009 Tl w/ Tech?

I would expect it to fit perfectly since they didn't change much in the models

The radio will fit, but you will have to swap out most of the components in order for it to work correctly. Not a cheap endeavor. I looked into it because of the increase flexibility of voice command for the Ipod Interface. After the price started creeping well over $3,500 it wasn't worth it.
