I bought my wife and I both identical HTC Incredible 2 phones last week. They both pair fine and mine downloads contacts. But my wife's phone will not download her contacts. I've checked all the settings I could find and do not see any difference between her phone and mine.

I would not think it makes a difference, but my contacts come from outlook - synched to my phone through my company's network. My wife's contacts are just loaded into the phone - not from outlook.

Any ideas?

Figured it out. I had to watch the phone when it paired and clicked on "always connect" or something like that. Works every time now (okay, tried it twice, worked both times).

I'm a low tech guy in a high tech world. Not very smart but very persistent!
