Hey Everyone!

I've got an interesting situation with the HFL/Bluetooth setup on my 2010 TL with Tech. From day 1, bluetooth audio works as it should for streaming. Controls, sound quality ,etc... all fine. What doesn't work often is making and receiving calls via the car. I bought the car last week and was able to place two calls. Each dropped audio after about 5(ish) minutes and I had to use the phone's speakers. Then unable to make/receive calls for a few days. Two days ago, I made one call successfully, but since then, call audio does not go through the speakers/microphone in the car for any call. In all cases, the receiver display shows a good bluetooth connection, and the nav/display area shows what you'd expect as well.

Here are the scenarios -

• incoming call: phone rings via speakers. i can answer via steering wheel controls or the phone. After answering, there is no audio coming through the system
• outgoing call via hfl: after saying dial/call XXXX the system pauses and then nothing
• outgoing call via steering wheel controls/console dial: nav/display screen shows error "unable to place call from mobile device at this time" or something similar (I'll get the exact verbiage later today)

As mentioned above, all songs/navigation/audio other than calls play flawlessly both before and resume after trying to make a call.

Has anyone seen these symptoms before? Is this just some setup option that I'm missing/user error?

I've deleted the phone from the car and the car from the phone and re-paired. No difference.
