Increasing Fuse amperage from 7.5A to 15A. Any major issues?
I just finished wiring my 9500ix (http://imgur.com/a/26PlL/). I used an add-a-circut (I don't feel comfortable tapping into a wire) to add a circuit to the driver side fusebox. I replaced fuse 18 (description says "Acc" in the handbook). It was originally a 7.5A fuse. I didn't have on hand any 7.5A fuses which fit into the new circuit, so I replaced it with a 15A fuse. I'm not sure if this will cause any issue in the future though. Will it?

If the fuse slot is using a 7.5A fuse, it is likely that the corresponding wiring is of a gauge heavy enough to support a current of 7.5A plus maybe a few more for safety margins.
15A is like doubling the current going through the ~7.5A wiring. Don't do it for safety reasons. The last thing you want is to start a nasty fire inside your car.

You could use a fuse rated less than 7.5A ... If you've got a 5A fuse, that should suffice, if you have one of those lying around...
