anyone know how to delete the phone book, & music off the hard drive?

 

Yup, there are options to do that in the nav.

 

I tried that but ended up getting stuck with the "press car" music still burned on the HD.

 

there is an option. you just gotta play around with it.

 

No really, I tried that. Stuck with Tina Turner and some other jazz shit.
It makes me wonder who the Bay Area "press" people were that drove my car for 1,500 miles.

1) Go to the Information Screen.
2) Select Set-Up
3) Toggle at the top of the screen right to "Other"
4) Scroll down this list to the bottom where you will see options for Clear Information

Select which information you want to delete and/or clear, and you are set.

 

If I only had that much hair left...
