yeah I'm a skeptic too but I've used their product wipe new before on the interior of my girlfriends car 8 months ago and dashboard and bumpers still shine and it cleared up the headlights too that right there made me a believe . Anyways I put Wipe New Tires on my car and they look and feel dry to the touch and have very nice shine so save your receipt and box when you buy the stuff and return it if you dont like it hey you got 6 months the price $14.99 at Walmart its better than alot of tire shines out there that dont last. Oh ya its only a 2oz bottle and if you take your time and dont use alot cause alittle goes along ways you can get 3 to 4 coats on your tires 1 bottle 1 year 2 coats every 6 months just follow instructions before you put it on oh ya and just for the heck of it I applied mine 7-5-14
