Question about slight front bumper damage

Anyone know if this could be repaired without replacing the entire bumper cover? I know nothing about auto body repair and am wondering if I should just pay out of pocked versus making a claim for a stupid mistake.

Thanks.

It depends how bad the damage is... Hard to tell from the pics. I would consult with an auto body shop or paintless dent repair service. PDRs can pop out dents on metal panels and plastic bumpers pretty quickly and usually at a reasonable rate... But it may not be perfect, just depends on the extent of damage.

Yeah, it's creased at the upper portion and the lowest portion actually punctured the bumper cover. I just didn't know if they would somehow patch it, or if the entire cover would be replaced. I plan to get an estimate next week.

Thanks.

If it's been creased and punctured, most likely they will replace the bumper cover... Good luck though.

rather put a plate than to shed out few hundred for a bumper that will get damaged eventually again..

Something like this would look dope:
Amazon.com: Black Pearl Acura Logo Black Front License Plate Frame Stainless Steel 3D Metal: Automotive Amazon.com: Black Pearl Acura Logo Black Front License Plate Frame Stainless Steel 3D Metal: Automotive

Or the chrome version:
Amazon.com: Acura 3D Logo and Nameplate Chrome Stainless Steel License Plate: Automotive Amazon.com: Acura 3D Logo and Nameplate Chrome Stainless Steel License Plate: Automotive

+1 Easily repaired and you won't even be able to tell it was damaged. I'm speaking from experience. I've seen much worse. It will run you anywhere from 250-500 depending on the shop.
