New TL Incentives

Acura has a new lease incentive - the 2010 TL from $339/month, up to $409/month for either the AWD or TL-Tech versions, plus $1500 for trading in your current Acura lease in the last year. They have good lease deals, but without the $1500 early-termination credit (realize there's usually a penalty) for the other Acuras.

In other news, Esquire just named the S4 their car of the year. I wasn't familiar with Esquire, but looking through the site, it's not something I'm likely to mention generally.

No surprise there, S4 is a great car. The 2011 got a price bump, starts at $46,600 now.

Thanks for posting. I hadn't heard about the new lease deals and I don't see this particular one posted on the usual sites (Edmunds, Truecar or Acura's own) but knew they were still offering the 2200 market promotion money and .9 purchase interest. I'm thinking my dealer will call me with these new incentives as they are liable to place me in my price range now. He's been bugging me about a lease trade-in for 2 months now but can't get me where I want to be price-wise. However, at the same time I keep thinking that in about 8 months the 2010 will be considered a 2-year old car by Acura's standards. Maybe I'll still wait for the 2012.

Seems like it might be Acura of Bellevue, not Acura in general. Looks to be inventory dictated as well. There doesn't appear to be any Acura based incentive for this although it could be their lease loyalty incentive which is always around for all the models (and not just select TL trims) but remains hidden, every brand has these and most even publish them. Acura has chosen not to, except for maybe this dealer. Maybe that is something they should consider for the TL with their large 3G customer base.

Nice car that S4 is but Esquire seems to think that it costs thousands less than a similarly equipped BMW or Mercedes-Benz. I wonder if Audi advertises with them.

Makes more sense. I can get wind of their lease incentives usually through Edmunds but they are posting none. Last quarter there was a $1500 lease-loyalty incentive. I'm sure my dealer will be in touch if this is something being offered nation-wide.

This is a local dealer offer only, not a national or even regional offer from Acura.

Audi USA on the other hand is offering a National deal where they will give you up to $3,000 towards the purchase of your next Audi (including an S4) if you trade in another Audi that is up to TEN years old. The deal is good until January of 20011.

The current lease deals available from Acura are $430 per month for a FWD Base TL for zero down or the same FWD Base TL for $350 per month with $3,000 down. Tax, title, license fee, etc not included of course.

You won't be able to take advantage of this deal though because apparently all Audi dealers are sold out of everything except for ballpoint pens.

not true...this is a honda/acura corporate incentive...i just got this deal on my wifes 2010 tl..i had a 2008 tl lease which was expiring in 4 months..i got $1500 acura loyalty cash, some other 1500 dealer cash...they absorbed my final 4 payments on the old lease of $380.00 x 4= $1520.00.
Final lease terms were 36 months @ $390.00 per...10,000 miles a year...$2250.00 down including 1st month, taxes and fees...base tl no tech pack...
Ryans open road acura, n.j.

According to ACURA, the deal they are offering for the dealer you mentioned is even worse than what I posted. $370 per month with $3,000 down for a FWD Base TL or $450 a month with zero down for a FWD Base TL. My source for these numbers was www.acura.com using zip code 08816. I'm not saying you didn't get the deal that you did, I'm just saying it's not a nationwide promotion, which according to even Acura, it isn't. Despite all the cash back and everything, your numbers are right around what they should be for the deal I just listed.

its not a promotion available on the acura website... its a corporate incentive only available to current acura lease holders in their final year...acura is offering $1,500 dealer cash if you re-lease with them...my numbers were my exact deal...trust me it didn't come easy

Okay that makes more sense... It's only available to a relatively small number of people. Still not as good as Audi's deal though

True. Audi calls, or used to call it, the "Loyalty" program. Some form of it has been active everytime I've purchased an Audi for the last 12 years.

You've owned Audi's in the past? I don't think I've ever seen you mention that before.

Audi still calls it "Loyalty".

Lease Program?

Napleton Acura, West Palm Beach FL called me. This is what they offered:

end my lease 3 months early, no negative equity, 0 down, $1500 Acura incentive for TL-to new TL swap. Still waiting on them to give me numbers.

Based on the National lease program of $450 w/ 0 down... I expect my payments to be around $390/month.

Thoughts? What do you guys think I should pay for the same deal but SH-AWD model no tech?

The SH-AWD model with 6MT only comes with Tech, so I'm assuming you're talking automatic?

Regardless, I think your current TL is the pinnacle. You might consider buying it when it comes out of lease rather than getting the new model.

Well I called a couple different dealers in S. FL. This is the best deal I got. Remember, I'm turning in a TL-S (so i get $1500 in incentives).

Lease, 10k miles/yr, 36 months. (only 35 payments)

TL Base $359/mo + tax (6.5%) = $382/mo.
TL AWD $416/mo + tax (6.5%) = $443/mo.

$699 Dealer Fee + tax
$595 Acquisition Fee + tax = $1378 Due at signing. 1st Month paid for by dealer (thus 35 payments)

My miles from my current lease get rolled into new lease (11k miles)
