New RJ Sport Design Wheel concept! (updated 3D, pg. 3)

The first wheel would look great on a mustang. The second wheel would go with a Toyota Camray.
BUT I'D BE PROUD TO PUT YOUR FINAL DESIGN ON MY CAR!!!

Two more things ron:
1) At this point, it's all about the money. I think you'll make more selling 18/19's than 19/20's. I know I wouldn't go more than an 18" on my ride.
2) Copyright registration. You designed it, now protect it. Register the damn design.

When do you expect these wheels to be available for purchase for the 09 TL fwd cars? I would be very interested in the 19's, as I am hoping to close on a deal w/i the next week on a polished metal Tech car. The 09 car you have pictured, what springs/coilovers were used to lower it? The stance looks really good on it. I would maybe want it a touch higher where I live but it looks perfect the way it sits!
Thanks in advance

We started on it already, 2D and 3D renders are expected in 2-3 weeks, then the Mold in another 2-3 weeks, testing in 2 weeks, then right into production, 30 days, time in transit, 20 days, so total time I woudl say would be to expect them in January 2009. But preorders will be coming soon. I'll post it on the website and on here when we confirm the 2d and 3D images.

very nice wheels..major improvement over the initial design. I will be checking back for the renders on the 3G and 4G.
Also, any thoughts on a darker color? Closer to that of the type-s wheel? I had your liquid graphite before, but wasn't dark enough for me. Just a thought...thanks!

In Search Of Sunrise....
7 spoke kinda sorta reminds me of these on 3G:

Looks pretty nice actually!

I would gladly montage these on a high-res 2009 image. I'll look and see what assets I have.
Thanks for all of your brilliant work.

So I got the 3D from the factory, but I had to made some slight cosmetic adjustments. The coolest feature is this machined surface on the inner lip behind the spokes as shown in the semi-teaser. More to come when the factory gets back to me. I am really excited, I think this is going to be the best wheel yet, and I'm adding the 20" version to production immediately. So 18" x 8.5", 19" x 8.5" and 20" x 8.5" are all being made!

Three Wheelin'
Looking good Ron...I like the inner lip, nice touch. Are you making the 18, 19, and 20" sizes in 5 x 120mm as well as 5 x 114.3mm or just 5 x 120mm for '09 TL, RL, and '07+ MDX?

Looks good! Can you Photoshop the 5 X 120 on a 2G RL? As made, would it clear our big brake calipers? You'd probably sell a few on the RL side if it did.

Stand For Something
Wow those look damn good, I love the color scheme. I dunno if I missed it in the thread, but what's the weight on these? Also are they forged or cast?
