lo Jack install? must or not?

Hi guys..Just bought TL and
my salesperson & finance manager.
requested for putting lojack install for extra $995..
I suppose to install lastweek but salesperson kept
telling me all kind of excuse for not giving me appt date!//
I emailed him first then text message then calling him everyday...
Anyhow, I'm thinking about to goto dealer and just get the appt date...
Did your guys get Lo Jack when you purchased the car?
or Is it just me...
lastly, does acuradealer give you free oil change for first time?
Thanks..

I don't think you need Lo-Jack......the 4G is too new and style too polarizing, I don't think it's very high on the "most-wanted" list for thieves.

My first oil change was free from my dealer.

Why would you want to pay $1,000.00 to get back the insurance company's car back, would you real want it back after some scum gets done with it?

When I first got my 4g 5 days ago finance dude said if I didn't add lojack instead of getting the special 3.9 apr i would get 7.1. So I told him no lojack and 3.9 apr I'll take the car right now. He went to talk to the manager and the deal was done

I agree. Spend a small amount extra on gap insurance and hope you never see it again if someone steals it. Chances are you'll get it back all busted up and beat on. Lojack is a waste.

FYI: All oil changes and tire rotations are free on my new TL for the 3 years of the lease. It all depends on the dealers and what they want to do to get you to buy. No rhyme or reason to it. Get what you can.
