I realize this topic has been discussed quite a bit, but I thought I would just ask in case there was any updates.

I want to replace my DRL/highbeam with an LED. Does anybody make an LED that can be variable with voltage so that I can keep my DRL and also have highbeams at different powers?

assuming the answer is no, is there one that you would recommend that is best for the highbeams because I do like having the highbeam functionality. I realize the best I should ask for is a halogen but I thought I would ask in case anybody discovered something new

For users of LED DRLs, what brand do you have and how long have you had them. Which ones should YOU avoid?

I bought a cheap one from IJDMtoy.com looks great its not to blue its like 5k , had it for over 1.5 years now still working, you give up your brite lites (they didn't work that great anyways) but to drive around with these during the day they look pretty cool . don't forget the wiring kit or you'll get messages, took about 30 mins to install .... and when you hit your brites they do get briter!

 

Someone on the facebook page has these and they work as both DRL and highbeams. All plug and play.

I have amber DRL LED's and high beams are higher... not as close to halogens, but bright enough. Plus they get peoples attentions when I flash them with this amber color light. I love them.
