Anyone run a wire into the door before?

Need to tape into a wire in the drivers door and want to run it through the existing grommet but I don't want to break it by prying on it. Anyone have instructions on how to remove it or want to share what you did?

Close. I have those. Looking for disconnecting instructions for the wire harness going from the door to the car.

Hmm... I don't think I have that in my collection. =( Sorry...

Mind if I ask what your plans are? I think I'm going to follow every thread you start. You seem to give me plenty of ideas. =)

Nice! But doesn't the Tech package have the alarm already? This is very interesting. What other tinkerings have you done?

It does, but because of where my car is at times, i wanted a two way remote to let me know if it had been hit/vandalized.

radar detector, alarm/starter (tomorrow night), tint next week, rear glass spoiler...

what are you looking to do?
