2009 TL Interior Pics
FYI, not sure if this is a repost: http://www.vtec.net/forums/one-messa...item_id=779551
As mentioned in the vtec.net thread, the car is "probably" not a US spec one.

I like it too!
Couple of questions;
1. It looks like they forgot the butt print issues from the 04' TLs
2. I'm not sure if I love the aluminum on both the driver and passenger sides

Overall the interior aint bad. I love that steering wheel! But the center stack, not as much. I usually don't mind all the buttons, but there's just something odd about this design. At least it looks like there's a lot of nice materials and quality. And finally Acura gave us keyless entry with push button start!

3rd interior pic... looks like there's also a new place to stash some stuff right around where your right shin/knee would be.
Tiptronic does appear to be gone in this model.. but seem to now feature the flappy-paddle-gear-box [ew I want 6spd or more].
Noticed a 3rd 'blank/empty' button. I wonder if that'll be used for anything in the SH-AWD or American model.
Also there seems to be some sort of small compartment thing by the passenger seat where the center-silver-trim comes down by [next to the gear-stick].
For sure I don't like the theme of the gauges. I love the o4 Gauges.....

I don't think that's a touch screen navigation - it's set too far deep into the dash. Unfortunately, I bet there's a clear plastic shield a few inches over the actual screen like the new TSX. All the navigation controls were via that control knob and other dash buttons only. When I drove the new TSX for a week as a loaner, there was a lot of glare in the daytime on that plastic cover screen, making it very hard to see the navigation screen.

You're right Yakuza-it is not a touch screen. That big button right above the stick shift is the navigatin/OK button for the touchscreen.
CL6 said the interior looks like an Accord. It DOES look like an Accord interior. You know, if Acura is suppose to be the upscale model for Honda, and I'm paying more for this than a Honda, I sure as hell don't want it to look anything like a Honda. I want it to look better.

I just noticed the Dolby Digital, DVD and DTS logos. Does this mean the radio can play DVD movies? Seems odd to me that they would include the DTS decoder unless the system was designed for DVD playback.
