'11 Incentives

Curious. I was enquiring about '10 AWD/Tech TL and the salesman mentioned that they have the same incentives on the '11 TL's. So I thought he is trying to pull me into the dealership so I looked at the acura site and they do have the 0.9 financing on the '11. He also said they have the same dealer cash incentives which the site didn't mention. My question is has anyone here heard anything on the '11 deals. I was rushing to pull the trigger on the '10 but might as well take my time and pick up an '11 - lol. Acura must be having a hard time moving metal or what?

well incentives are one thing.. but remember an 11' right now is not going to give you as much negotiation ability as an 10..

find an 2010 you want - tell them 4$k off invoice aka 35k or so and you will buy it and I bet they will go for it

Stong indication the 2012 TL is about 3 months out so if you can wait either wait for a 12 (don't think you'll get agressive deals early on) or wait and get an agressive deal on the 11 as they blow them out in April. I already stopped at my dealer an said as soon as they can order 2012 TL call me so I can see what my options are and to make sure they order at least 1 silver on black Type-S if they want me back.

I would think if there are still 2010's available, they'll be paying us to take them

Yes, I was told by my dealership that the 2012's are coming in March.

Wow what a great price. Did you trade anything in? I'm being quoted right now on a lease for $39,320. So I'd love to get the selling price down to $36,500 as it would lower my monthly payments another $50 a month easily. Congrats on the purchase.

I just picked up the 2011 SH-AWD w/ tech for $38,300 ($38,900 after their fees). I'd use edmunds.com and truecar.com to look at the invoice price and the "best local price". I think if you can get it around the best local price, it's a decent deal. I'm sure I could have gotten a better deal but I was really pressed for time.

I have two Acura dealerships in my area and neither were the best price based on TrueCar. The three dealerships were 90, 101, and 160 miles away. Yet the average selling price was almost $800 less on than what my local dealership is giving me.

I should also say I'm in a current 08 TL lease that ends in April as well. They are willing to buy my car out and drive off with the new TL any day I want to get it.

I had heard that the press release will be early February (10th -15th) and on sale late March. We will see.

That works well for me as my window to switch back in late March eraly April after that I will likely wait until December. Also makes sense with the stories that 11 production ends any day now and 2012 produciton will start soon after.
