Dash Mat

Just received my 23 MDX Platinum Elite (Advance in US) and am noticing a lot of glare of the dash on the drivers side. Has any one installed a dash mat in their MDX? Fit and finish OK, or does it look cheesy? And if yes, what brand did you go with? Or, and other alternatives to cut the glare?

Thanks

I doubt any dash mats would be made for the 4G MDX yet, but there should be some detailing products that dry with a matte finish. Aerospace 303 comes to mind.

Covercraft, as well as others, make one for the 4G with and without cutouts for the HUD unit. My neighbor has used them for years on his vehicles and they don't look too bad but my biggest concern is how they deal with the HUD cutout as it is the HUD unit and the shiny plastic frame that is causing all the glare for me. I'd be reluctant to use a spray on the HUD glass.

Thanks for the suggestion though.
