Yes go with Tein's Basic or SS... although I'm a 2nd gen TL owner with Apexi WS coilovers, i have 3 buddies with Tein coilvers and they have no regrets( including ED99)

side note to ED99:
I just got my car back yesterday from the shop with SPC camber kit installed.
The ride feels more comfortable for some reason. Maybe i'm not use to driving my car since i haven't drove the car for 3 weeks after the accident.

also, i thought the Tein SS comes with an adjustable camber kit. i'm not sure though.

Yes I have 19's now and I had 5 ppl in my car and no rubbing at all. However, I had rubbed the front passenger side a few times when turning into a real steep hill. Otherwise it is all good.

I'd go with the H&R springs over the Tein S-tech springs. You'll be happier. Just remember with either of these springs you are gonna need to replace your shocks most likely within a year. They are just too low for the stock shocks and they take their toll on them pretty quickly.

I have the basics as well and my question to you is: how big is the gap between the lower spring seat and the bottom of the thread on the shock? I left mine at 1" since that what the instructions said to start with. Im thinking of going lower and yours looks like what i'd like to do.

Looks good!
