sorry, offset question again
sorry, offset question again
hi guys, i know that putting a set of 18x7.5 rims with +42 offset will probably rub on the rear. how about if i put a +42 at the front but a +48 at the rear? also, i used to try a racing hart c2 with +42 offset at the front just to see how it look, it seems to me that it really close to the brake caliper. the reason i asked bcoz i'm looking for a set of used se37a for months (sorry, too much for me for a brand new set) & finally found one but with different offsets on front & rear. so, pls confirm. thank u for any input. btw, i will also try to read every previous offset post to see if i can get the answer.

read the post. that's a set of used rims & i couldn't afford to get a brand new set for at least $2400 w/o tires.

I'm running 18x7.5 with a 42+ offset and 225/40/18 tires and I had to roll my rear fenders. I'm also dropped on coilovers to the point where there is only a 1 finger gap btw the tire and my fender. I can tell you that b/c of the offset being so low (they sit very close to the edge of the fender) that you will kick up a lot more pebbles when turning and they will hit the side of your car.
