Rubbing problem

I am having a rubbing issue with my tires in the rear. I just got 18 x 7.5 racing hart c2's with 225/40/18 kumho 712's with a +45 offset. what are my options in solving the rubbing in the rear? it only rubs when i take turns semi-hard.

you need to cut the bumper tabs... that will more than likely be the problem. im not sure exactly where the tabs are located, but if u can get a few people to sit in your car to bring the back down a bit more to where it rubs, im sure you will be able to see it. you can probably cut it off with a butter knife.

just run your hand on the inside of the rear wheel well. around where the side panel and the bunper meet, there is a useless tab that can be trimmed....

The RH C2 Evo 18x7.5 only come in +42 offset. If you're lowered, you may need to roll the fenders?

That is true. All RH Evos in 18's come in a +42 offset. I cut my fenders. The passenger side is still rubbing on dips and i gotta dremel it a little more. Othewise, no rubbing.

line the fender lip with some masking tape and drive, hitting some dip and bumps. look for the rub marks. IF your offset is +45 you should just need to trim some of the plastic... real easy. just repeat, masking tape, drive, dremel until no more rubbing. finish the cuts with a utility knife. if you see rubbing on the masking tape covering the metal lip of the fender, then you will have to roll it.
