Ron Jon Wheels

I've read tons of mix emotions about the Ron Jon wheels and thats the same feeling i have about them, i plan to get a set of 19s soon for spring and the rest of the summer, my question here today is, what are your feelings toward the Ron Jon wheels?

my other others is some black wheels with polish lip or something with a lip

any suggestions would help, thanks!

Wheels are a tough decision.. too many choices. and you rock em usually for the life of the car because they make the car.. but when it came down to reviewing Ron's wheels I made my decision on:

- I have the MT and clearing the calipers are an issue..
- Bolt on.. so no need for spacers
- 19's to fit the TL.. I was like a no brainer..
- The Inspyre design is easy to clean
- Reasonably priced.
- Did I say 19's..

All and all I couldnt be more happy with them..

I just put the Inspyres on. Although they look really good, I feel they are a bit heavy. It's a trade off of the acceleration you have with the stock wheels for the look of the chrome wheels I guess. The black rims look really good, but to me they're just a fad and will die out. Remember how hot spinners were a few years back. I see them now and I laugh(especially the hub cap spinners). Whatever you decide to get, get for yourself and no one elses opinion. If you're getting them for looks, go with chrome. If speed is your thing, go with a racing wheel, something lighter than stock. If you're going for what's "in" right now, go with the black or whatever matches your car.

Beauty of Ron Jon wheels they are designed to fit like they are OEM wheels. They are made high quality and Ron is a good guy willing to help you with a purchase with no worries. Can't go wrong with RonJon wheels

No spacers, no hubrings, no adapters, no rubbing, and no vibrations. Easy to install using OEM lug nuts and plus size tire sizes can be used with no poroblems for added comfort and compromised style. And the 19" x 8.5" chrome with 245.35/19 might feel a bit heavier than the 17" x 8" silver wheels with 235/45/17. But if you'r going for lightweight, go with the 18" silver and a proper 235 series tire instead of the 245 which is a size to big.

tigetech, do you have any pics of your car with the wheels on it? first time I've seen them on your car. wanna update the site with them too. thanks.

BTW, if you are looking for a true 3-piece wheel with custom colored centers and chrome lip, check out the ronjonwheels.com home page

I absolutely love the looks of INSPYRE. I think they are appropriately styled. Not very flashy and ostentatious like many others

thanks for the replies fellas,

i was never a fan to be a owner of chrome rims, but i do like it, but still wouldnt buy chrome

the 18s would look too small on the TL due to the fact that the TL has a hugh wheel well, so 19s is a must for the looks, i have a AT and live in NYC, so i really dont care much about speed of anything like that, i just wanna cruise and enjoy the ride

my other option is the 05 Aspec wheels, which seems to be more $$ than the RonJon wheels, but i still cant decide yet,

maybe some pix would help
