Which REAR SWAY Bar is Best
Last year I installed the Comptech RSB Since then there has been a few new RSB out there Has anyone tested these rear sway bars?
Is the H&R a better RSB then the Comptech Same Dia but made from a different material(I Believe), or would the Progress Group perform the best since its 24mm and made from Cold formed mild steel.
What I have found about these bars
The H&R Rear sway bar is 22mm It’s advertised as being made from 50CrV4 spring steal that is stronger and more resilient then other manufactures. It’s adjustable
The Progress Group Suspension Sway Bar is 24mm. It’s advertised as being cold formed and made from mild steel. It’s adjustable
The Comptech is 22mm, Other then that I can’t find anything else about it.

I've got Progress.
But it's not on the car yet ( ) so no opinion on actual driving effects.

I replaced the stock 20mm on my 6MT with the Comptech. The difference was subtle yet noticeable. The Progress 24mm wasn't available back then, but if I was doing it now, I'd definitely go with the 24mm option.

Word is an RSB is probably the best Bang for the Buck handling mod you can make. I'll find out for myself soon enough.

We actually just got another huge shipment on top of our already good stock of these RSB's this morning.

When I get around to doing mine, I will be going with Comptech. Since my dealership is an authorized vendor for Comptech, it should eliminate any hassle's that might arise should I encounter any issues in the rear suspension area.

I used to have the CT RSB and I now have the Progress RSB. In my opinion you can't go wrong either way. For anyone sitting on stock suspension, you will feel a dramatic improvement in cornering with either of the two RSBs. With the Progress RSB having a stiffer setting it is possible to over streer easier with it. Yes I did notice a difference between the CT RSB and the Progress one. However that difference was not nearly as big when going from stock to the CT RSB.
If you want to improve cornering but still want it to be a little harder to over steer then go with the CT RSB or use the Progress RSB on the softer setting. If you have to have the best, get the Progress RSB.

Same here.
This mod is definitely a "must have"; this one lives up to the hype.

There are two mounting holes in each end of the bar.
Mount using the outside/farther one and the bar is marginally less stiff since it's at "full length"; mount using the inside/nearer one and the bar is marginally more stiff since it's been shortened slightly.
You can swap the mounting from time-to=time if you needed to, i.e. "adjustable".
