Progress Suspension anti-roll bars dramatically improve handling. How? They minimize the traction-robbing body “lean” that rolls part of the outside tires off the pavement. Our Sport-tuned Anti-roll bars replace skinny OEM bars and rubber bushings with larger diameter (stiffer) alloy steel bars and polyurethane bushings. More roll stiffness means less body “lean”, and the tires stay flatter on the pavement (larger contact patches). The result is more grip and added driver control!

Less body roll means more traction, faster cornering speeds, and increased driver confidence.
Polyurethane bushings produce crisp response on turn-in.

Progress Anti-roll bars are cold-formed in-house using our custom-built precision bending equipment. Both laser-cut and CNC bar ends are MIG welded in place using a precise fixture for an exact fit.

do you know if they come w/ good bushings? or are they the crappy ones like comptech?

 

I am 99% sure they come with good poly busings.

I got one straight from Progress a year ago, it came with good poly bushings and grease.
I highly recommend this product!

 

Comptech originally used polyurethane bushings but they said too many ppl complained about the squeaking so they switched over to rubber bushings. The key with the Comptech bushings is not to grease them since they are rubber. But yes the Progress bar does come with polyurethane bushings.

When do you expect this to be available for shipping?

 

They are supposed to be shipping the pallet out the end of next week so that puts the shipping date in about 2 weeks.

Hey Josh, do you know if we need to drill into the car to install Progress RSB into a 94-97 accord/ 97 CL?

I got the bar but having trouble fitting it. Suspension Technique has a bracket that bolts to the cross member with a 17mm bolt. Do you know if Progress comes with it? Mine doesn't... Can you get one?

Just so others don't think I sold you the wrong part I just want to post that you didn't buy the bar from me. But I don't have any personal experience with the S/T or the Progress bar for the 5th gen Accord. I will have to call Progress on Monday to ask.

 

Sorry, i forgot to point that out. I bought a different bar from someone on eBay, the bar doesn't fit so he sent me the Progress as replacement.

Send it whenever. My shipment should be leaving on Friday. If you send payment soon you are guaranteed a RSB. I have several coming in but I think these will be popular and Progress takes some time making these things.

Do these fit on the CL? I know the CT rear sway bar for the 04+ TL fits. Any insight on this?

 

I don't know for sure but the Comptech RSB does fit so this should fit too.

 

I've seen conflicting pics on the internet; some look like the RSX bar and some don't have that extra piece.

I believe the Progress RSB has been out for years... why is their a popular GB on it now

 

b/c it's including the 3G TL, which i believe progress just made a RSB for.
