Need help/advice on installing wheel spacer

Hi everyone.
Well today i ordered wheel spacers for my rear wheels on my 07 TL. Not untill after did i notice that they werent so simple. It looks like i have to replace the original wheel studs with extended ones. can anyone help/walk me through the process of how to do this for only the rear wheels.

Thank you

I would remove the hub, support the flange on either side of the stud, place a nut on the end and hammer the stud out as I'm certain you don't have a stud removal tool. To install, put the stud through the hub, add washers over the stud, then run nut down to pull stud through hub.

Not certain if the rear studs can be removed, driven out with hub in place, but I'm a firm believer in not pounding on the studs and placing any strain on the bearing, terefore hub removal is my opinion.

thank you for the comments, i really appreciate it.
i bought a pair of 20mm spacers made by ichiba from andysautosport.and had to buy the extended studs separate also. (http://www.andysautosport.com/acura/...pacers/ichiba/)

i should have done more research before ordering, because now i see that ichiba has a spacer on the same link that doesn't require removing wheel studs.

would you guys recommend just returning what i ordered and going for the simpler spacer? or trying to install this one. thanks.

You will be better off getting the v2 of the spacers you bought, those have the longer studs already pressed in.
