Lowered my TL, toe problem

i lowered my tl and put 20s on it yesterday and now my rear toe is off really bad... would an alignment fix that or do i have to buy something like a camber kit? my rear wheels are really close to the wheel well so i dont think i can get the camber any better without rubbing...

OP; TL has stock toe adjustments;not camber. If you're looking to add camber or adjust it as well as adjusting Toe back to stock:

Well, not that you'll love this idea, but if you get the 2 arm camber arms, they actually bring the bottom of the the tire in rather than the top out to correct camber. I don't like narrowing the rear track, but it's an option.

Local dealer is actually probably best bet; sometimes a simple call to see if they have it in stock and then ask if they would like to get rid of it; they might give you a better price.

^^This is completely false. The dealer will almost definitely charge full msrp on the A-Spec kit. There are oem parts vendors here (check the main 3G TL forum) that sell oem parts significantly cheaper than the dealer.

If you haven't done it already, have your fenders rolled/pulled to prevent rubbing. There's a "dub club" thread (click here) you should check out if you want to see other people's fitment issues/resolutions.

Wasn't aware there were vendors for Lip kits. I'm just going off experience. By the looks he has a 04-05 model TL, meaning the A-Spec kit is probably going to be harder to find from a vendor or dealer for that matter. Hence, if a dealer has this part in stock. They might want to get rid of it;just because it's an older model and they are lest likely to sell. Just like I sold one last week; a Redondo red that sells for $330 was gotten rid of for $240.

King: I took the liberty of checking stock in MASS and NJ for you; no dealer shows it for an AM color TL. However; you might still want to call and ask. Up to you. Just helping out.

Ack05TL sells the full aspec set for $700 shipped or something like that. Pretty sure.

About the camber...Ok, you're close to fender, so have you rolled? if not, roll your fender and you can probably squeeze and extra degree or more of positive camber in there. Or get an alignment from somewhere that can get the TOE right and your tires will likely be fine. Toe is much more important than camber. Look at most vehicles these days...even oem and stock height they are running -1 or more camber.

ingalls makes a 2 lower arm camber kit.
spc sells a 1 arm traditional upper camber kit.

Yes, the vendors here can sell any oem part, including accessories.

As far as I know, all A-Spec kits (any year) are still readily available.

You're talking about a needle-in-a-haystack situation. Even if you by chance find a dealer that has it (and in the right color), the chances are even slimmer that they'll be local so you'll get reamed on shipping. Even then it's not guaranteed that they'll cut you a deal on it. Why go on a wild goose chase when you can deal with the reputable vendors here and get the entire kit, at a cheaper price, drop-shipped to your door.

Seems like a no-brainer to me.

PM AckTL05 or PJ-Delray Acura for quotes on the A-Spec kit.

If you're talking about the 04-05 kit;
Part numbers are:
Front: 08F01-SEP-231
Rear: 08F03-SEP-231
Sides: 08F04-SEP-230

^these are the part numbers,Color coded (accessories come painted) to an anthracite metallic TL; MY 04-05. If it was a different color; last 3 #'s would change.
