Hmmm, that drop looks different than the other pictures. Any chance you can get a picture from like ground-level?

Yeah that looks like I'd scrape every bump I'd see. Maybe Mr. Heeltoe can respond, but is that really at the highest setting, if you can tell by just eyeballing it?

What kind of drop are you looking for? With my sleeve set to 3/4" also it still looks stock. ill have pics up soon enough, got 3 of 4 coils installed currently lol my front driver side flange bolt broke on me. damn thing either seized up or something but my impact just took the head of the bolt right off so now im just waiting for a new bolt. Oh btw im not driving the TL not with that broken bolt if you guys were wondering. i have the type 2's w/ eibachs so my drop will slightly be different from others.
Since the begining of this thread as far i know im the only one that has the eibach springs that has posted, hopefully there are others who will be able to tell how the ride is.

mr.heeltoe any info or updates on the wireless dampening device for the HT spec coilovers?

You aren't the only one w Eibachs ...other got them too. The drop is adjustable though, so that is completely independent from the springs you get.

The controller is a work in progress. We will post more when we have something to post.

My Type 2's just arrived. Marcus even threw in the HT plate frame and some stickers. Thanks Marcus! Have to try and get these installed next week.

Should I change/replace the pinch bolt that goes through the fork? or can I just reuse the old one? I remember reading about some Koni's that slipped through.

You can reuse all the original Honda hardware really...no need to replace anything. If someone had a problem with "slipping" there is was more likely a installer torque inadequacy error

The first pic with the aspecs was my first attempt and it was way low for my taste. After raising up a bit and switching my wheels back to stock I took some other pics. So yea there is 2 different heights there. The aspec pic is def. a 2" drop. Not my cup of tea, looks badass...not it you wanna keep the front on though.

very nice set up with the type 2's. just clarifying, 3/4" threaded it will give an overall 2" drop ?

^ I had type 1... but nope, not an even 2" drop all around.

at 3/4" threaded all around = 1/4" drop in rear and 1-5/8" front (before letting springs settle)

does the 2.5 just have an option for custom spring rates?

the htspec type 2 has adjustable damper + option for eibach, but the type 2.5 has eibachs and can customize spring rate of 12k/10k/or 8k for front and rear (but I believe its only offered thru Function&form?)

So what do you prefer? The Heeltoe option or through Function and Form? I know the Heeltoe option is made and tested for the customers needs, and its cheaper.

I don't really know anything about spring rates.

hahah i had to double check function&form.. but im pretty sure thats the case.

&jdm euro.. I would get the type 2 w/ eibach springs from heeltoe.. there has been great reviews about them and i'm sure you'll be able to set them soft for stock comfort or stiffer if you want a more sporty ride.. there is pretty much no limit in lowering ability so u can slam to the ground if u want haha

Hey guys, not to scare anybody but I also have the HT Specs
FnF Type 2's Great product by the way. Had to raise the car up a bit after the shop put them on and the car was to low. Anyways after settling for a month now I have a weird thudding/hard clunk noise when I go over bumps at near 45 mph. Maybe something is loose? Was gonna ask HeelToe, maybe u guys can help me.? Its been kinda cold here in the Carolinas, and haven't had a chance to check the coilovers.
