Help with springs..

So tonight me and my buddy put on my H&R springs on my 04 and the front went on just fine, minus a stripped bolt, but hey, we can fix that no big deal. But we were looking at the rear springs where it goes up away from the tire into the tire well and we could not figure out how to get the spring undone from the top, can anyone please help, like pics, detailed explanation, anything, thanks in advance!

Check this thead; pretty much step-by-step. It's 2G, but very similar to 3G.

HA! HA! Crazy kids. Caution to the wind and all that stuff. lol. Live and learn.

I've been reading, studying, checking for days and days to figure out how to do springs but I'll still probably F it up.

Anyhow a little reseach before you start ripping into it won't hurt and will save time in the long run.

GL. Post pics when you're done.

What kind of shock did you use? also which springs? H&R racing (red springs), H&R sport (black springs) or H&R OE sport (sliver springs)
