Car pulling to right, even after alignment and strut replacement.

My car was pulling to passenger side, to fix that, i bought 4 new hankook Z class like 10 months ago. Car still pulled even after 4 new tires and alignmnet.
pepboy said its your struts. I waited for the right time and last month my passenger side strut started to make funny noises so i planned to replace both front strut assemblies and what ever parts i can change with it.
okay, so today i had my both front shock assy replaced, along with front control arm bushings and brake pads; my car still pulls towards passenger side.
I am kinda pissed, after spending 750$ in parts and labor, its still doing the SAME thing!
it doesn't change anything even if i rotate my tires. I bought Hankook Z series tires 10 months ago (from pepboys) and they are in very good shape.
One thing my mechanic did, he put my passenger side tire into opposite direction (thread of tire were opposite) to test and my car went straight for some long distance, that he did so i can show it to pepboys and tell them that my tires have a radial pull. the thing i dont understand is, all my tires have radial pull in same direction? i mean what ever i do, which ever tire i Use, i ALWAYS pull toward passenger side.
I always have to keep my steering about 5 degree left to keep my car running straight but once my steering is there, my car is straight as an arrow.
any ideas ?
Pepboys is asking 130$ to replace 2 tires.. pufff....

Was the car like this since you bought it? Its not salvaged or has been to an accident right?

You sure it's not the road you're on? Most roads are crested in the middle, so the right lane pulls you to the right a bit and vice versa. Of course that might not explain why your car drove straight when they changed the direction of the tire...

i had my car tested at miami chasis. These guys were fixing Ferraris , porches and bentlies lol..
charged me $200 for pulling my passenger side's wheel to right angle and did some other alignments which normal mechanic couldnt do. he was using Hunter alignment system and was working on a porche panamera on the same rack.
i got comfortable that probably my $200 are going to a person who knows exactly what he is doing. So, he did the job and my car is "much" better but it still pulls towards passenger side. according to him now its either my tires or there is something wrong in my transmission (the way he said that he sounded like hes not sure what he is saying)
i have an appointment on next saturday now, when he is going to check my tires and stuff.. but after spending 950$ in parts and labor, my car still pulls.. main problem is there but my car feels much better. Steers and handles differently.
I can upload my new alignment sheet if someone can read and tell me that all these are good.
geez!

+1. The pep boys here have no idea what they're talking about.

FYI correctly designed roads will make a car pull to the right slightly, as they are angled/crested in the middle. This design is to help prevent standing water in the road, to make it run off. Hope this helps!
