I am curious to see if I can return my Tl-s With non Tl-S rims instead A-Spec rims. I know I can I am wondering if I will still be charged for it.

 

you may be charged for it, even though it's an upgrade from what was on it before.

 

If I read your post right, you put 5-spoke A-Specs on instead of the standard honeycombs?

If so, I don't really see that much of an issue. A-Specs are still technically factory-supported wheels.

 

I'm probably in the minority here, but to me a TL-S without the gunmetal honeycomb wheels just doesn't look like a TL-S. These wheels were designed specifically for the 3rd gen TL-S, which was only in production for two years. If you trade the car in to an Acura dealer, you'll probably take a hit.

 

He can take the hit. I don't think it will be so big.

 

Take it and see if they notice/say anything. If they do, say "Oh yeah!! Forgot about that." Go home and change them back.

 

I am sure there are some on here who would be willing to trade you for your A-specs.

 

I have stock rims that I'd trade you for those ASPECS... I'd even throw some cash in to make it worth your while.

 

if it is a lease return... just make sure the tires aren't bald... good luck

I think he's right. Depending on the dealer, you might have been able to buy the car with the aspecs on it as a factory upgrade. As long as they can resell the car I don't think they'd care.
