take it to a tire shop, they usually have the tool that can break the locks off of the wheel

The dealer should have a master set, and you should have gotten a card in your owners manual package to order a replacement.

Take it to a dealer. They have master sets. I had my EL42s replaced by the dealer and had mistakenly left the wheel lock key at home. Service writer said they didn't need it.

yeah, dealer is the answer... there are about 5 master keys for the locks... at least 1 will open it.

or pay about 40 bucks at sears for their cratfsman"3-piece lug nut off kit" there is NO locking wheel lug that can safeguard against this tool, this tool is your worst nightmare if you are not using it yourself on your own car. absolutely NOT EVEN ONE locking lug brand can stop this tool. how come no one mentioned this to him before? also note that this is the same exact tool your local tire shop would use if you went there for help. don't expect to want your pretty looking lug nut back after you do this.

Reviving an old thread as this happened to me today when swapping over to my Winter shoes.

I always loosen the lug nuts while my car is on the ground. Starting on the right side, I loosened up the passenger's side front lugs including the OEM Acura wheel lock. No issues. I move to the rear and put the key on the wheel lock and then start to apply torque to loosen and "snap." I thought it was odd, but didn't look closely and tried it again. No dice - the key wasn't biting on the lock. I took a closer look and the raised ridgeline of the key had snapped off and was still embedded in the lock on the hub. I have owned snow tires and swapped them over to summer rubber as well as doing all the family tire rotations for more than a decade. I have never had this happen or even heard of it.
I knew I had at least one other set of OEM wheel locks laying around so I went looking for them. Turns out I had two and by some bizarre luck one of the other sets was a match to the set on my car - meaning I had a duplicate key. Now at least I would be able to put three snow tires on. I found a couple of other threads here on AZ regarding this and did some reading. I took the car my kids used and headed over to Sears with the broken key as well as an extra lock - just for sizing.
So long story short I bought both a deep 12 point and a shallow 6 point sockets as well as a 5 piece "bolt out" damaged bolt remover kit. I first tried the bolt out kit and couldn't get it to bite on the outside of the lock. So I grabbed the deep 12 point socket and my hammer. A few minutes later I had it on the lock pretty good and grabbed my breaker bar. I went easy at first as I wasn't sure it was on the lock all that securely, but gradually increased pressure and sure enough it started to move. I reset the breaker bar and had it off in no time.
So if this happens to anyone else, a 19mm deep (only to keep the hammer away from your rim) 12 point socket and a breaker bar will do the trick in terms of getting your OEM wheel locks off. I lost a wheel lock, a key and a 19mm socket (I briefly tried getting the lock out, but figured I was still way ahead with only having spent $6 for the socket), but I was able to get my summer tires off.
