Dude, this exact problem happened to me too, on 2 tires, both on the rear, apperently, it was due to lack of tread and cornering hard, causing the tread to seperate and having the belts exposed, hope this helps

Looks cut. Usually from rubbing.

Otherwise -

Camber & toe in off and not enough air pressure. Causes heat and the tire separates.

I think it's a defect resulting in the seperation. This is a weak point where the belts end. Depending on mileage may be warranty.

I think the problem is due to excessive camber or toe it will murder tires.

Agreed with above, looks like camber. How is the treadwear on the otherside of the tire?

ps. you got some balls to put the face of the wheel right on concrete!! ahhh

well from the spec on the tire it doesnt seem to be the wrong setup....that seems really odd.... check the ball joints top n bottom by moving the tires in up n down side to side in n out movements. all of those movements are supposed to solid if theres play theres a problem. check the control arm where it connects to the sub frame for cracking or seperation in the rubber.

mayb its becuase you hit a pothole? And it slashed apart of your tire and now your wheel is bent thats why it vibates at higher speeds... Same thing with my wheels, they are slightly bent, so it vibrates after 80mph

looks like u had too much negative camber. Samething happens to stock evo's with stock tires the inner wears out fast due to negative camber.

Honestly, that's why I never bought kumho's again. I had them once and that shit happened! I know alot of people like them cuz they are cheap, but this is what happens when you try to cut corners.
