Wow this thread won't die...
So, every manufacturer uses a specific hub size. I cannot recall what our is but I know that Toyota/Lexus is smaller and we can't use their oem or TRD rims.
This is why if you buy tire and wheel packages from, say, Discount Tire or Tire Rack they'll throw in the appropriate hubcentric rings so the hubs fit snug.
Lug centric means that you are getting a wheel that has the specific wheel lug pattern (Honda/Acura is 5x114.3) but it may not fit the hub. If it does fit it might be a little loose and cause wheel bearing issues.
I hope I didn't screw that up.
