WTF is that puddle?!
I got my oil changed today (took it to a shop instead of doing it myself...kind of strapped for time) and when the guy was done he told me he noticed a small puddle of coolant under the car on the passenger side about as far back as the front of the door. I watched him do it and I honestly don't remember if the puddle was there before my car was pulled in. The puddle was about 3-4" in diameter so not very big. I ALWAYS check under my car to look for leaks (I had a transmission fluid leak after a seal went bad when I changed the pressure switches) and I have never seen anything in that area, or anywhere else since the trans. fluid leak. Could it have been something else? I'm just a bit worried because the wife and I are taking a weekend trip to Vegas this weekend and I don't want to be the guy on the side of the road with an overheating car.
I've found that in my friends TL and as well as mine, sometimes the coolant will overflow the reservoir, but is usually dried up by the time I notice it, and I check under the hood pretty often.
Are you sure it was coolant?
I would double check the pressure switch seals. check the coolant as well. make sure its topped off and watch it for the next day, before your trip and throughout.
It also could just be the drain ditch. I re-read where the puddle was located and thought about the ditch. It could just be water.

I'm not sure it was coolant, just what the guy told me. Said it was green and it smelled like coolant. I have not seen one drop of anything under my car and I've checked the pressure switch seals at least a couple of times per week. I'm going to top everything off just to be sure and have some extra fluids in the trunk just in case.

not quite sure what that completely is, but i am assuming you mean the drain tube from the A/C evaporator
OP, was the A/C on when you went in?
and considering it is that size of a puddle, you will more then likely have a overheating issue shortly, so if indeed coolant, needs to be taken care of ASAP, but as mention, a very good chance of it just being water from using the A/C
Sounds like it was from someone elses car either that or it was nothing more than your A/C condensation dripping and puddling up like normal. Just check your coolant level and watch for any leaks. If everything is normal and no leaks then this guy was wrong it wasnt from your car.

Thanks for the replies everybody. I don't think there's anything wrong with my car. I checked underneath it 10 times after I left the shop and there was not a drop of anything, anywhere. I did have the A/C on and I thought of the condensation also.
but if i do remember a couple of years ago, they did have some green stuff too, but as far as i know the last couple of years has all been blue dyed/coloredand as mentioned OP, keep an eye on the coolant level (should know how, if you can change your own oil normally), to make sure it does not turn into something more serious
