That happened on my 2001 Accord last year. Had to replace the wiper motor. Simple job, picked one up at a junk yard for $25.
Before doing that, check your fuzes.

1) Was your TL part of the wiper motor recall? If so, was the recall performed or not? If your car is part of the recall but did not have the work done, go to the dealer and have it do the work (recall work is free here in the US, even if the warranty has expired-- call the dealer before going and check on that as well if the recall applies to your car).
2) Check fuses if your TL is not part of the recall or if the wiper motor recall work was done.

I'm having a similar problem as the OP as my wipers also will not work. What Im thinking happened was last night I turned ca off with wipers on, so this morning when I can out to warm my car up (was covered in about an inch of ice and wipers were buried), I guess the wipers burned themselves out. Has this happened to anyone and what would you say I messed up?

***Fuse #11 is fine
***Already had recall done
***No movement or sound at all.

Thinking its the relay (not sure where it located) or the motors.

Thanks,
Marlon

Thanks. Will be checking it out tomorrow. Does anyone with experience replacing those parts have any insight?
