On my 08 TL Type-S when I put the driver side window down about 3 inches it shakes and rattles around. If I move it up or down a little bit it is fine, it is only in that one position. Has anyone else had this problem? Were you able to get it fixed? I am going to mention it to the dealership when I take my car in later this week for them to fix a few scratches that were on the bumper when I got it.

i have the same thing on my 07 type s...i just bump it back up a little....i have tried to avoid the dealership as the last time i took it in they put a scratch on the car....i live 30 minutes from the dealer and i am not going to take it in for a rattle so they can scratch it up....

 

more than likely the run channel and regulator need to be replaced..
