The PASSENGER SIDE FRONT WINDOW REGULATOR AND MOTOR went out on me, my warranty just expired I have a 2005 acura TL , can anyone show me links or pics of how to replace this???

^ You gotta watch out... i had the motor/regulator replace and it died again. Apparently, the dealer fucked up and they didn't check the weather strip/run channel. It was bunching up when the window was being rolled up and caused the window motor to strain against it. It eventually fried the second motor and they had to replace EVERYTHING. Same window as yours too.
