Where can I get a replacement front bumper?

Where can I get a replacement front bumper?
My wife hit a curb bad in our NBP '07 TL Base, the front bumper on the passenger side is all mangled/cracked.
How do I go about replacing the cover? Are they sold pre-painted or am I doomed to have to go through the whole paint process?
I've seen covers on eBay but I have no idea what is good and what is crap. Should I order OEM primed? Have any of you gone through a bumper fix and had a good experience?
Wish I could find an a-spec kit...

I replaced a rear bumper on a 05 Camry with a prepainted one off eBay. Very happy with it. Matched the silver color nicely.
I got the “folded” one which was a lot cheaper since the shipping was lower.
