Noticed this exact same leak on my car. Two actually. One leak between part 12 and the metal cooling line and part 13 and the metal cooling line. Do you all think I should replace the clamps too (part 34)?

I would first try to tighten the clamp as suggested above. I had a similar leak in 2018. I just tightened the clamp and figured I'd replace the hose when the weather got warmer. Never replaced the hoses. It's been over three years with no leaks.
FYI - The clamps are metal so my first guess is that the hoses are the problem not the clamps.

mine is leaking too.. Only leaks when it is really cold outside.. not sure why.. It leaked last winter in Tulsa, but not in Dallas. haha So I replaced #13 hose and it was HARD!! But that was not it.. I think it is #12. That is the leaker . Been over 1 year and it did not leak all year without me doing anything to it.. But Cold weather made it leak. I think when it is cold, maybe the metal shrinks, and the rubber hose is hard.. So it doesn't shrink.. and starts seeping.. 53732-SDB-A01 https://www.acurapartswarehouse.com/...es.html?pnc=32
I replaced that hose today. Sort of messy! Hopefully the leak stops.. but it will take a while to tell, because it only does it when cold, and I have a garage in my apartment in texas. So it doesnt always get 32 degrees like Tulsa. I siphoned the reservoir first and didnt lose much fluid at the bottom after the siphoning from the top, but it was still messy! I left the bumper installed and removed those other panels include the front air dam / flap thing. The part was real easy. So I cut the hose first to drain out fluid, then used a handle type blade to put a slice in the hose so the hose came off easier.
On the new hose I dipped my pinky in the fluid and tried to coat the inside of the hose with fluid so it would push on tubing easier. It took no more than 3 hours to fix.
