Weird engine rattle

Long time reader, but first time posting. 2007 acura tl, base model, great car. I love it. But in the last few months I have noticed that the engine has a rattling noise, but only between 1500 and 1800 rpm. It happens when cruising or accelerating through this rpm range. Not there when parked and engine revved into this range. Checked all heat sheilds and all thight. I had some misfire issues and found and resolved them with new plugs and a new coil pack. Car has 275000 kms and not sure if previous owner did the timing belt so thats next on the list. If the Gurus on this forum can help it would be appreciated.

Maybe I wasn't clear. The rattle is only when accelerating or cruising through the rpm range. At standstill with the engine going through the rpm range, no rattle. Also it doesn't matter what gear the tranny is in, or if it's in automatic or manual mode. I thought of the pulleys ot tensioner but why only at that specific rpm range?
