so last night i came home and parked in the garage and noticed a weird sound coming from the engine.. sounds almost like a motor dying and struggling to revive. should i be worried? its only got 3270KM (around 2000 miles) on it? ill try to take a video with sound and post it later

check your fluids and can you better describe the problem? What was the motor RPM? Was it warmed up?

 

Is it a whining type noise? if so plenty of people have had the same problems with their TLs. If you can reproduce the sound upon command, bring it to the dealer and show it to them (I heard Burrard Acura can be quite helpful).
