drill out the endlink screw and replace it
Grab the end of the exposed screw with pliers and try scewing from the other side

At work I usually use a good pry bar to put pressure on the end link and my trust 1/2 inch impact. Definately replace the end link once you have it apart. Worst case scenario, cut it off with a reciprocating saw or cut off wheel. A dremel would probably work too.

does MOOG make new end links for gen3? worth checking into
,,,thats the gen2 answer to the shrimpy stock links when upgrading the swaybar- of course it will need stronger and better designed end links!

I have grabbed the round lip on the inside of the link where it contacts the sway bar with a LARGE needle nose vice grip and some brute clamping force. Then I knock the nut off with an impact gun.

Same here...I found that I need to use a second jack to take the load off the endlink to take it out by hand...not by HAMMER! Learned the hard way...used vice grips to hold the threads and impact hammer to take off the nut and replaced the whole thing...45 bucks from acura...expensive stupid mistake.
