If its an 08 no way should the weather stripping be shot .. Have you tried a silicone dressing on it ? I have a 98 Cavallier and the weather stripping is fine .

I had a similar problem with a Subaru Outback several years ago: I found weather-proof, rubber adhesive strips from my local Ace hardware store (Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. all carry the material). It worked perfectly (I still have the Outback).
Separate note: My '07 TSX molding b/w the windshield and roof keeps popping out. Anyone else experiencing this problem? I only hand wash so it's not due to laser wash or auto brush wash.

Instead of replacing (unless they're really old and cracked/ missing pieces of the strip) how about just using some Shin Etsu grease on the seals, and tightening up the doors a little (very easy to do, just look at the U bracket (AKA door striker) on the car where the door latches, loosen the 2 screws that will likely require you to use an impact driver- typically $20 or so- move the U bracket/ door striker in toward the cabin just a mm or 2, retighten and enjoy silence again).

Yup, I know it's an old thread, but may be some useful advice to anyone here experiencing the same problem.

Here's the fix from a different site: http://acura.workshop-manuals.com/tl...ex.php?id=8282 (front and rear doors adjust the same way)

It's a whole lot cheaper than replacing stuff that may not be needed.

Something else you can get is the black foam window weatherstripping with 3M tape on the back. It comes in like 8 foot rolls or something like that and works wonders because it compresses when the door is closed and helps seal up any loose areas.
