VSA/Check Engine/ /!\ at once, help?

I've done some searching and while a lot of the discussions on this appear to be 2gen it sounds very similar to my issue.

I've owned the car for a few months, 06 TL, 110k. I'm due for 105k service and am aware. No issues until this morning.

Went to start car, started running rough (like a misfire), check engine, vsa and alert light all come on and starts running even worse. Wont rev much past 2k (limp mode). Then, i cant remove the key, gets stuck in pos 1. Cycle through all gears several times to no avail. Pulled bat neg, was able to remove key.
With my daughter in the back and me now running 20 mins late for work i ditched it and took my rover and havent had time to pull codes (will do so after work).

At this point, just looking for insight from those who have heard of or experienced this. Most research points to (w/o having pulled codes) either APP sensor, coil pack, plugs etc.

Just looking to gain knowledge on this since i have no codes until i get home.

Thanks all

Start with the Check Engine Light, otherwise you're going on a wild goose chase and potential red herrings.

OK codes pulled... P1172 p1174 p0161. Check engine and battery light are on. Apparently the battery in my voltmeter is dead so I'm trying to scrounge up a 9-volt now.

its now also throwing a p2195.
batt is good, alt is charging
batt light is off now. just check engine light on.

odd issue was not being able to pull the key out w/o disconnecting the battery. that seems to have resolved itself.

I'm at a loss-anyone?

UPDATE: vehicle continued issues sunday morning, numerous codes, limp mode, key stuck in ignition etc.
Had it towed to local acura/honda specialist. ECM is fried. A/C drain hose was clogged.
with the 105k service scheduled as well, its going to be an expensive week for the acura. such a shame as i've owned this for 3 months and already am looking at a service bill nearly 1/4 of purchase price.

Thats it, thought i'd share in case it helps anyone going forward.

Clear your a/c drain each oil change! (i ususally do anyway, i just havent even done one oil change on this car yet).

When my car did that, it was the accelerator position sensor that was bad
